Cardigan Mountain has a relative location sort of near the middle of New Hampshire. Give or take, it can be qualified slightly to the west of New Hampshires center. Although, to be more exact, there are coordinates of cardigan located using a GPS. These coordinates are a Latitude of N 43 degrees 38 minutes and 52.2 seconds. Cardigan also has a longitude of W 71 degrees 54 minutes and 51.0 seconds.

The physical geography of Cardigan includes these features. Cardigan includes mountains naturally forming many years ago. Near the bottom, up to 2/3 of any mountain, there is a lot of vegetation. At the final third of any mountain, there is not almost any vegetation, due to the conditions near mountain peaks. At these peaks, the climate is very cold no matter what time of year it is. This leads to not enough warmth, or sunlight for any vegetation.

There is also some cultural geography at Cardigan Mountain. This includes the several types of trees on any mountain there. Just one of the many trees there would be referred to as the Norway maple. It is leaves have a slight V shape in between each point. Another kind would be the fire cherry. There is actually some history behind this plant. It got its name from a fire that happened in Cardigan years ago. The cool part is, some of these trees were planted by man. Including some species of trees newer too earth.

We were there for three days. (Wed(Day 1)), (Thurs(Day 2)), and (Fri(Day 3))
