This is a quiz that was found in the Sunday January 3 2010 Concord Monitor newspaper…. Answers are there, too.  You need to read the question, and… if you KNOW the correct answer, that’s good… but you must still VERIFY that correct answer.  And write out your source for that correct answer.  And, MOST importantly, I want to you also write out your thinking process- especially for the questions you do NOT know the answer to.  Can you eliminate any of the answers?  How?   And how did you search for the correct answer?  Did you search the QUESTION, or did you search the possible answers?

I am going to use this search engine Google. Because I use it all the time and I am so use to it. I think the correct answer is a because I am just making a guess. Bermuda triangle location. I notice as I typed the search engine knew the key words and the answer appeared even though I was not finished. I looked at the whole website and found the answer. http://oceanservice.noaa.gov/facts/bermudatri.html I used this website to find my answer and it was C Miami, Bermunda,Puerto rico.

I am going to use a different search engine this time I think I am going to use bling.  Because I have never used bling before and I am trying to use a new one. I know the correct answer is brazil, because of the wood. Neither Italy or Spain have wood. Capital Pernambuco. As I was typing my key words In It knew what the key words were. I am going to use a different search engine and this one does not keep track of anything. The one I am going to use is ixquick.com. I am going to use this because mr. woolner said to. The key words that I am going to use is nara, japan. I think the answer is b. I notice that when I am typing nothing happen. When you hit enter a lot of snipits come up. I use the lonely star and I did not find the answer but I had to do the math and the correct answer is B. The website that I used was https://www.lonelyplanet.com/japan/kansai/nara.

The key words that  I am going to use are northern pacific gryro. I think I am going to make a guess at  the answer that I am going to say is A. I am going to do this very very differently. I am going to use 4 search engines. I am going to use  dogpile,duckduckgo, google, bing. I do not know the answer. I wil use the search terms hagia Sophia. As I typed in duckduckgo it came up with different things. Bling did the same thing as duckduckgo. And bling did the same thing. And google did the same thing to.  The website that I used was https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hagia_Sophia and I have found the answer that is A.

We will use a advance search engine. And I will use google. The key word that I will use is Kampar river site * edu. The answer I think it is c. I used an advanced search by typing in site* edu. As I was typing in the key words it knew what I was going to type. The link that I used was https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kampar_River and I found the right answer. The answer is B and I got it correct. One of the things that I was typing in it came up with a site In Wikipedia.

I will be using an advanced search engine. The search engine that I am going to use is Bing.  The reason that I am going to use bling is I am for miler with. The key words that I am going to be using is where is Devonshire. As I typed in my key words a lot of other searches that other people have searched for. The website that I found the right answer was https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devon and the correct answer is C. All that came up is Wikipedia came up all over the place.

The reason that I am going to use mamma is because I have never used this on before and trying  out a new one. The key words that I am going to use are where are the Adirondacks. As I typed nothing had came up so this is a private search  engine that does not keep track of you searches. I am going to guess the answer that I think it is and I think it is B. The website I went to find out what the correct answer is http://www.pbs.org/program/adirondacks/.com. The correct answer is B so I was correct.
