The picture above is our first plot we did on the hike.

I woke up in the morning. My eyes blinking and my hearing begun to develop to knocking on the door. I turned my head a bit to the right. My neck stiff from sleeping wrong in this very comfortable cot. Mr. Woolner opened the door. Time to get going and get dre My ears kind of ringing as I sit up and stand. I look over and my two bunk mates Teddy and Ryan are sound asleep. They begin to wake as well. I get dressed and head down stairs. To the living room I go. The smell of breakfast awaiting. After about fifteen minutes of waiting breakfast was finally ready. We ate and did the ort report. Then we made our lunches for the big day coming up. We were getting prepared to hike to the summit of Mount Cardigan. The moment we had all been waiting for since we got off the bus. We got ready and headed out. We started to hike when we did our plot study. We took a rope and made a square and took some observations. We saw a salamander and some cool plants. We then headed out. We really got to observe some physical geography. The trees and rocks. The smell of the fresh air and wet leaves by the streams. After we kept going quite aways we stopped and did another plot study. We saw a bird that was very rare. We tried not to spook him but some hikers came down and said hello. That bird was gone. Then we kept on going. It was so amazing. The sight of animals in the distance and the sound of birds singing. We took one more plot study before eating lunch on a really cool ledge like surface. We were entertained by riddles and jokes. But we were mainly entertained by the food. After lunch we kept walking upward. We reached a spot where Hope told us to be quiet. She began calling in chickadees and other birds. With her mouth. It was amazing. Around 30 birds just crowded everywhere raging. It was so amazing. After that we reached like four false summits. We came to a region more North. We could tell it was a region because there were many similar charateristics. Like types of trees and leaves everywhere! It was cool. When we finally got to the summit I felt like the king of the world. But not yet. This was the summit of firescrew. But cardigan was near by. After feeling like the king of the world I kept on pushing. We were so close to what we had wanted to accomplish forever! We had finally made it to cardigan.

I was so excited, but yet also freezing. We saw where there was a huge fire there many years ago.

We began to go down and I got to be the leader. On our way down I saw some physical and cultural geography. I saw where humans had put blue tape on trees and I saw where the owners of mount cardigans old cabin. But I also saw many different types of nature. I also ate an ant. Just to get it done. Then when we finally made it down we had some free time before dinner. But dinner was right around the corner. This time we had tacos. I was sitting with Ryan and he drenched his taco with hot sauce. I tried to but my tongue was so hot that I almost fell. Then I looked back over at Ryan and he was sitting there with not even any hot sauce left on his plate! He ended up eating four so... After dinner we did the ort report and barely got any ort. As Ryan breathed I could feel my face getting hot. He was like a dragon. Anyway, after dinner we got ready for the campfire. We walked to the campfire and made skits. We had a lot of fun as I heard the Light brees and the whipping flames coming off the fire. It was such a great experience this day had been. After the campfire we headed inside and got ready for bed. Our last night hear. Mr. Woolner came in with some more candy. We turned out the lights and went to bed.
