This is a quiz that was found in the Sunday January 3 2010 Concord Monitor newspaper…. Answers are there, too.  You need to read the question, and… if you KNOW the correct answer, that’s good… but you must still VERIFY that correct answer.  And write out your source for that correct answer.  And, MOST importantly, I want to you also write out your thinking process- especially for the questions you do NOT know the answer to.  Can you eliminate any of the answers?  How?   And how did you search for the correct answer?  Did you search the QUESTION, or did you search the possible answers?

I am going to use search engine google chrome. I am using google chrome because it is fast. I think that A is the right answer. I am going to use the key words Bermuda triangle location. I am going to use Bing. I think the answer is C. I will use the search term turmanbouco other terms filled in automatically so it predicted what I tried to type. I am going to use this because Bing is the second best search engine.

Bing is keeping Trak of my searches. If I type a word spelled wrong it would pop up wrong. I used this link http://www.mapsofworld.com/brazil/state/pernambuco/

I guessed the right answer which was C Brazil.

I an going to use duckduckgo.com because I have heard that it does not track you and your searches. I think the answer is b.  I think that I will use a narrow search terms Nara Japan and capital city. I am deciding what search terms I am going to use. I think the answer is still B. I searched the question and all I got was snippets like YouTube Wikipedia and other snippets. I searched it and I got the question right. It was B. I used the website http://archaeology.about.com/od/medieval/qt/Old-Seoul-City.htm

After searching carefully I found the answer that was B.

I think that the answer is A because it has to do with a church. When I searched it in google the answer came right up apposed to the other websites that gave a lot of snippets. But google gave me the righ answer.

I used site colon. I was right that the answer was B. I found that seaech.com was a little helpful because it popped up some good links like the link up above.
