Day 2- Meanwhile at the AMC Cardigan lodge which is a location and (location is also a theme of geography in New Hampshire We all woke up excited and energetic ready for the big hike. Everyone went down to either the Library or the playing room. Most of the kids went down to the library to wait for breakfast. Once breakfast was served we all went back up and sat down at the tables. By that time everyone was starving and was ready to eat. When we were allowed to start eating everyone just dived in it was so delicious. Everyone ate so much food that day I think we got less than a half a pound of food for the ort report. When everyone was done eating and had heard the ORT report we all went up stairs to get all of our gear on and pack our bags for the day. After everyone got on their gear we all headed down stair to get our lunches and then we headed outside to meet with our group. Once our groups were together we filled our water bottles and then headed off to Fire screw mounting. Once we got to the top of fire screw we were all happy we made it there because it was a really hard But when we made it we did really quick sketch and then headed off again but now to mount cardigan. We were exhausted when we got to the top of mount cardigan we were all happy though that we had at least made it. What I thought was the best was that when we were on top of mount cardigan we had seen a helicopter in the distance and we had watched it come in and land on fire screw twice. It was so awesome but also the top of mount cardigan is part of a location and the coordinates for the top of mount cardigan were 43 degrees north 38 minutes and 59 seconds than 71 degrees west 54 minutes and 53 seconds but on the way down it was not so awesome because I had so many blisters at the end of the day from when I was going down hill because I would dig my toes into the dirt so I could stop myself from going too fast. At the End of the day we were all ready to go to sleep. We were all so tired from that hike that after mr woolner read us a story we all went up to our bunks and went right to bed.
