Above is a picture of a sugar maple

I was startled by Mr.Woolner waking me up. He woke my bunk mates and I at like, 6:30 in the morning. So I got up, and went straight to take my shower. When I was done, I put on wool socks, joggers, and a gray long-sleeve shirt. Again, everybody met at the front of the building, but this time we had instructors. I was in Hopes group, and she was awesome. I was the leader, but I had to stay with the navigator in the front. We did some stream studies, wich is an example of movement. did sketches. Also, Along the way, we made a contract on a piece of paper, and we signed our names on it. We also did some sketches about cool trees my tree was a spruce, but it was tiny. Later that night, it was pitch black. So Hope thought it was a good idea to go in the middle of the woods and listen to the night sounds. When we were done that, we heard there was a lunar eclipse. So we sat at the top of the hill, getting a sketch of the bright moon. Also known as the supermoon. Even later in the night, we saw the blood moon for practically a split second. I just had enough time to get a picture, though. Day 2 was pretty enjoyable! Back To Home Page
