This is a sketch of an American Bech leaf I did.

This is another sketch I did that day of a Sugar Maple leaf.

As the bus pulled up to Cardigan lodge, we all cheered with excitement. One by one we each stepped off. onto the the wet soggy ground. We were all wet within minutes, caring each others bags inside the lodge. We played some group games, and then got into our bunk rooms. We then got into our hiking groups, and each group did their own activities. I my leaders name was Tabatha, and we went down to the pond in front of the lodge to collect some creatures living in the pond. We brought them inside, and used a dichotomous key to find out what kind of species they were, and did some sketches of them. After, we had free time, and my friends and I played some games together. When freetime was over, we got back with our hiking groups, and talked about what ort is. It stands for Our Remaining Tidbits. We talked about how important it is to eat all your food, and how bad it is to waste your food. For dinner we had lasagna, and for dessert, we had ice cream sundaes. Before bed, as hiking groups, we went on a nighttime hike through the woods, and did some activities in the dark. Finally, Mr. Woolner told us all some stories, and we went to bed.

People moved from other places to Cardigain Mountain. Us as a seventh grade moved from Hopkinton, NH. Some of the people working at Cardigain Lodge came from different states. Some other people there came from different tows of New Hampsire. There was a lot of area movment with people that came to Mount Cardigain.
