This is an image of a Juniper bush, that we sketched when we were doing mystery of the trees assignment on the hike.

My third day at Mount Cardigan was September 29th on a Tuesday, we woke up at six a.m. to seven a.m. breakfast. The day was rainy, soggy, and wet my bunk mates and I gathered are packed luggage away and into the trailer, at mid-day we would leave (past noon), so my hiking group with Hope began right away afterbreakfast at the Nature Trail, through the rain. We stopped to do sketches and to play brief games, then stopped to do plot three for about half an hour and collected data and information then continued the hike. We came to an old cellar wall and house foundation, Mr. Woolner talked to us about it and we then completed more sketches. This made me think about the theme of geography regions, because of this claimed area that has man-made structures on it, know it is another landmark site if you visit Cardigan Lodge and Mountain. We continued the hike and began the mystery of the trees assignment, and sketched more plants, trees and nature. We then visited an old ski trail in a picnic area, where an old car rests, also known as a popular landmark and continues to confirm regions, and was used to power a ski lift and slope and the car is very rustic and old. Then our journey ended heading back to the lodge to eat our bagged lunches then take the bus back to school, after all the day was fun even though it was a rainy, cold and wet day of hiking. The Cardigan trip overall was fun and exciting, and definitely good exercise.
